Lambda Sensor Voltage drop with more than one Flexitune box?

Postby christian_konefal » 24 Oct 2011, 19:52

Hello, i have read in some E85 Forums with people connecting other brand E85boxes to their cars with more than 4 cylinders, that as soon as you connect more than one E85-box to Lambda-Sensor cable (black), Voltage-Drop would be to high and so none of the E85-Boxes, nor Stock ECU will get a correct signal anymore...

Is this true? :?:

On Flexitune the impedance for the oxygen sensor input is very high and do not load the sensor noticeably, a voltage drop shouldn't not be a problem if the sensor is not defect.

If you have 6- 8 cylinder car there is usually at least one sensor per 3-4 cylinders, then use one sensor for each Flexitune.

If there is only one sensor two Flexitune should work in parallel to one sensor.
