Flexitune AutoX4 enrichment time

Postby MikaelS » 13 Apr 2012, 13:42

Q: How long time is Crank enrichment after the engine has started?

Q: How much "Running Cold" enrichment is minimum (default) with termistor enabled?

Q: Would placement of the termistor be better on termostat housing instead of radiator hose? (faster temp rise).

My car is a bit rough a few sec after start (crank 80% running cold 70%).

A: It is only active during cranking. It is not active after engine is started.

A: Default running cold enrichment is zero. In other words if it is set to zero it is disabled.

A: If it is possible to fasten the sensor on another location than on the radiotor hose it is ok. It is up to the user to decide what works best on the actual vehicle.
